Evaristo has been based in Hong Kong since 2006. He is a Mexican lawyer who focuses on international trade and dispute-resolution matters.

Evaristo has an international academic and professional background, having studied and worked in Mexico, Germany, Spain, and Hong Kong.

He constantly consults in complex multijurisdictional cases and disputes involving international trade, intellectual property, licensing, JVs, and shareholder disputes.

His civil law qualifications and common law experience make him practical and effective in dispute resolution. As a Mexican, he is one of the most neutral arbitrators based in Asia.
